Tarryl Plain
Tarryl is the owner of Westcoast Hot Yoga Studio and School in White Rock BC and is thrilled to bright her signature classes -and teachers- to High Point. She first embraced Yoga to balance the yin and yang of her teaching and own personal wellness training. She Tarryl is passionate about seeing WHY’s legacy continue and evolve in nurturing the health and well being of its client family. Tarryl is currently working at deeper studies that introduce many new teachings in yoga anatomy and emotional intelligence.
Mariette Antonio
Mariette is a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and Certified Personal Trainer, bringing her experience to HighPoint as an instructor, guest aid, and marketing coordinator. She has always been amazed by the human body with her earliest experience as a competitive dancer from elementary to high school. What intrigued her the most was the ability to tap into our highest potential through mindful movement. Awareness of our body during movement patterns is the vehicle to building mental fortitude that can positively affect other areas of our lives. Her intention is to help you reconnect to your greatness through mind and body practices.
Jarid Vaughan
Jarid Vaughan is the founder and owner of Vaughan’s Fitness: a personal training company working with casual, recreational, elite, and professional fitness and healthy lifestyle seekers. Jarid’s experience as a coach and fitness personal trainer consists of many youth, amateur, elite and professional athletes, along with years of experience working with the general public. His experience as an athlete along with his B.Sc in Exercise Science and various certifications including the Functional Movement Screen system have given Jarid the tools athletes and the general public seek out to better their health and fitness.

Kevin’s is the face behind Apex Osteopathy, a unique health care offering where the worlds of clinical sports rehabilitation and athletic performance training collide. Come for an experience that will establish your trust, provide extensive education, treat your body in a pain free manner, guarantee progress and emphasize having a lot of fun along the way. Kevin has the education and experience to help you find a lasting solution to your problems.
