Our best use of an hour! All our teachers offer a well-balanced class, that is beautifully sequenced to incorporate postures that promote strength, opening and flexibility.
Yoga for stiff GUYS (and gals).
A Yin yoga inspired class. It is a slow, mindful hour that allows for extra time in each posture. This encourages circulation in tight areas; lengthen and release deep connective tissue, especially the hips, lower back and sacral area. Non- weight bearing and practiced in a seated position.
Yoga for Beginners.
An hour class designed for anyone new to yoga or just getting back into their practice. Modifications offered to suit every body.

For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. We ask that you complete an initial visit tour and consultation, as well as, review current health and safety protocols.
Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. If forgotten, we have some available for purchase.
